Our President Fred Casinelli, native of Italy arrived in the United States in 1966 and began a 36 year career journey in the foodservice industry. Fred’s passion to serve the customer, intuition of operational needs, and his understanding of people are what give Fred the innate gift to lead.
Our Vice President and Managing Partner Alex (Alejandro) Sepulveda, native of Puerto Rico has been in the food industry for over 20 years: Alex’s product knowledge, passion to support the customer, and team player mentality upscales the support to the entire restaurant community. Being bilingual in Spanish and English has provided him the ability to support his chefs at another level.
We first began our unknowing and exciting journey to follow a dream to open Land & Sea Provisions in October of 2020, with our first delivery in February 2021. As small business owners, we have been humbled and grateful for the outpouring of love and support we have received and will continue to serve our customers, with a promise of integrity, quality and excellence - 7 days a week.
